    Placing An Order

    3. Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been submitted? 

    A: It only possible to cancel or make change to your order before we start to dispatch it. 

    Usually we process and dispatch your order that following business day. 

    If you want to make changes to your order, please feel free to contact us. If the item you want to cancel has entered the shipping process already, you can return the item upon the receipt. 


    8. Q: How can I look up my order number? 

    A: If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email with your order number, you can go to the 'My Account' page and click 'My orders' to pull up your order information. 

    If you are still unable to find your order details, contact us and let us know the email address and the name you used to place the order and we can locate the order number for you. 

    9. Q: What if my order never arrived? 

    A: Please contact our customer service with your order number and username. Please feel free to contact us. We will investigate into your order and help you to find out your order. If it was our mistakes, we will resend your order or give you a refund as you request. 

    10. Q: Should I order extra flooring?

    A: It is recommended you order 10% waste, depending on the size and layout of your project.


    11.Q: When will my order arrive?

    A: Normal shipping time of the items in stock is 5-7 business days, the shipping company coordinates delivery date and time frame with you

        Pre-order itmes estimated delivery dates are provided for each item in the product information page


    What if my items arrives damaged?

    "When items arrives to your home, the truck driver will give you a delivery receipet. For the most part just  by walking around and checking the outside of the cartons. 

    If there is any damage you want to write that very clearly on the driver's receipt, the delivery receipt (like four cartons torn,there boxes ripped)

    Whatever it is ,and be as specific as to the number of cartons. 

    Then sign the receipt, they will give you a copy. That needs to be on this receipt for us to file a claim with the shipping company, and then get your relacement products out as quickly.





    17. Q: What is your returns policy? 

    A: The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 15 days upon receipt if you want to return your purchase. For more details, please view our return & exchange policy. 

    18. Q: Can I have full refund if I return the unsatisfied item? 

    A: Postage is not refundable. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed up and opened. 15% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages. Only postage is not refundable. 


    19. Q: Will I get a free package when I order? 

    A: Yes, each item will come with a free package which can protect the items during the transportation.

    A: We have a variety of promotion activities that you can enjoy regular special offers. Sign up to our email list to stay updated.
